Real Estate Development + Urban Design

We're problem solvers, and sometimes the problem is our workflow. When we see an opportunity we like to develop our own tools, and if they prove to be especially useful we publish these and share them with others.

Placeology is a tool for finding and sharing example images of any kind of place. This comes in very handy when you need to give a presentation about different kinds of development, and you need images to explain what you're talking about. It's also a useful way for cities to collect feedback about what people like and don't like, and for developers and designers to get ideas and inspiration.

geoCANVAS is a tool for quickly grabbing spatial information from Google Maps. Have you ever been looking at a site on satelite view and wondered how big it was? That happens to us all the time, so we made a tool to answer the question. This one is still in the very early stages of development, but we think it's already very useful and will only continue to get better.
